You can return an order within 30 days of fulfillment for a full refund. 

The product must be in the same condition as you received it. You will be refunded after we receive/inspect the original product. Your payment method will show the refund within 5 business days.

Processing takes 2-5 business days, and shipping usually takes 4-14 business days, depending on your location. For the holiday seasons, please expect longer processing and shipping times. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

For environmental and human friendly reason, this product is only made when you order it. Please allow about a week for it to be made and we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.
